Car Rental Conditions in Phuket

When renting a vehicle, we execute a Rental Agreement and a Vehicle Handover/Return Act.

Delivery to or return from Phuket International Airport is free of charge during business hours (08:30–19:30).
Delivery or return outside business hours is subject to an additional fee of 500 baht.

Mileage is unlimited. Permitted usage areas: Phuket, Phang Nga, Krabi.
If you plan to travel to another province, this must be agreed upon in advance.

The vehicle is provided clean and with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is returned with a partial tank, refueling will be charged at 50 baht per liter.

If the vehicle is returned dirty, a cleaning fee of 500 baht will apply.
You may add a cleaning service to the contract in advance at a price of 399 baht. A vehicle is considered dirty if there is sand in the interior, trash, plastic bottles, or if the exterior is heavily soiled, making inspection at return difficult.

Required Documents

Passport, national driver’s license, and an international driving permit (booklet format).
