Design the car around a normal week
List the places you expect to visit repeatedly: home, beach, supermarket, school, gym or work. That routine shows whether you need a compact body, a larger boot or rear-seat space for child equipment. A large vehicle can be inconvenient when villa access is narrow.
For a monthly booking, confirm overnight parking and the support process. Easy entry, fuel use and comfort on daily errands matter more than maximum power.
Separate southern loops from long northern days
Nai Harn, Promthep Cape and nearby coastal stops fit one loop. Chalong and Phuket Town form another direction. For a boat departure, follow the operator's parking and arrival instructions rather than assuming access beside the pier.
Airport, Nai Yang and Mai Khao trips deserve a separate plan. Do not schedule them from Rawai using only the shortest navigation estimate.
Villa and apartment handovers
Send an exact map pin, as accommodation names can be repeated or translated differently. When the address is on a private or narrow road, arrange an inspection point where both parties can walk around the car safely.
Tell the team about a move to new accommodation if it affects support or return. Do not leave keys with reception or security unless that handover method has been agreed.
