Specify the entrance, not just the estate
Provide the villa or hotel address, development name and accessible gate. Gated communities can have visitor procedures, making a handover at reception or the entrance more practical than searching for an individual house.
Check the parking bay and any covered-entry height. For a family with a stroller, boot access and rear-seat space matter more than choosing the highest vehicle category.
Use the airport proximity intelligently
The north-west location makes HKT, Nai Yang and Mai Khao easier to plan than from southern Phuket. It helps with an early flight or collecting arriving relatives, but traffic and return inspection still require a buffer.
An airport pickup with a Bang Tao return—or the reverse—must be confirmed as a specific handover plan. Do not change the point at the last minute without contacting the team.
Keep north, town and west-coast days distinct
Nai Thon, Nai Yang and Mai Khao make a coherent northern day. Phuket Town and central shopping areas are another direction. Kamala and Patong form a west-coast route that should not be overloaded with every northern stop.
For a mainland trip, confirm the permitted region and choose the vehicle from passengers and luggage. Crossing the bridge does not automatically require an SUV.
