Information to send before you fly
Provide the flight number, scheduled arrival time, terminal if known, a messaging contact and the number of passengers and bags. Flight tracking helps with ordinary delays, but a major schedule change should still be sent to the rental team.
Choose the car around luggage as well as seats. A seven-seat vehicle carrying seven people may have limited cargo space. Ask for a model-specific recommendation if you have a stroller, golf bags, diving equipment or several large suitcases.
Collection at the airport
Airport delivery and return are free during standard service hours, 08:30–19:30. An agreed pickup or return outside those hours may carry a charge starting from 500 THB. The confirmed amount should appear in your booking before arrival.
At handover, check the agreement, fuel level and inspection report and take your own photographs. The airport setting does not remove the need for a complete condition check.
Planning the return
Allow time for traffic, refuelling, inspection and key handover before heading to check-in. Travel time to HKT can change by hour and weather, so avoid using the navigation estimate as your only buffer.
Confirm the meeting point and staff contact the day before departure. Tell the team about a terminal or flight-time change, particularly for an early or late return.
